Want to feel better? Reduce anxiety, stress, body pain and more with gentle but effective energy work! Chakra alignment is included in each session, as well as a special plan directed towards your own personal needs. No two sessions will be the same, but you will leave feeling light, calm, and energetically open. Dress comfortably, and avoid wearing metals/jewelry if possible. Come hydrated, with food in your system but not in your belly.
