Blue Morpho Retreat

Friday Evening: meditative sound bath
Saturday Morning: group yoga classes followed by craniosacral reiki session, then break for lunch.
Saturday Afternoon: sauna session, tarot or astrology reading, and meditation. Restorative or yin evening class, followed with personalized journal prompts to take with you.
Sunday Morning: private yoga class, and sauna session
