Trauma Conscious Yoga Classes, 7 Days a Week!

Chair Yoga - MWF 11am:  Suitable for all bodies and levels. Focusing on intentional movement & body awareness, this class is designed to help you balance, stretch, move, and feel better!

Restorative Yoga - Wednesday 7:30pm:  Restorative Yoga uses props to help support your body while resting into long holds. 

Wall Yoga - Tuesday & Thursday 11am. Thursday 5pm, Saturday 12:15pm: Restorative Mix - Relax and Restore. This class is done half on the floor, the half laying down with legs up the wall to experience the most restorative, peaceful, and safe way to deep stretch. 


Hatha - Tuesday 5pm, Saturday 9am: Taking it pose by pose. This style of yoga pauses in poses to calm and restore, while increasing flexibility, strength, and balance. 


Movement- Thursday 12:15pm, Friday 6:15pm, Saturday 11am:  This is a slower approach to traditional one breath, one movement vinyasa - in a non heated environment. Movement is focused on strength, balance, and breath.  


Vinyasa - Monday & Wednesday 6:15pm: Invigorate and empower! This fast paced class is done in a heated environment (85-90 degrees). Vinyasa means "to place in a special way" so expect something new and exciting every class.

Moving Meditation- Sunday 5pm: This class combines yoga for 12 steps/grief, meditation, and movement.
