Mikah will be leading one yoga class per day, and one workshop during the week. Her skill and devotion in helping you find embodiment through making yoga lifelong, gives a unique feel and understanding to 'how yoga works." Coming from a theatrical background, laughter, joy, and excitement is invited into every teaching.
